I was intrigued at the prospect of this workshop, but found it both stimulating and insightful.
I spent a morning learning about the principles of antifragility, how they can be applied to 13C Consulting as a business and how they can inform the advice I offer to clients and partners. It involves organisations proactively seeking to be antifragile by developing and pursuing strategies that include short and long term profitability, organisational alignment, ecosystem alignment, social viability and environmental viability.
I'm still working through how this influences my own business strategy and look forward to helping others think through similar themes.
